The Basic
Formation Course is made up of
- 10 weeks basic formation
- 14 weeks regular, active participation
in ministry
- 1 weekend retreat

Weeks Formation
You will be able to deepen your knowledge of the Catholic faith and be introduced
to the various ministries in Singapore. Moreover, our dynamic youth chaplains
will conduct the course. You will even receive your very own student's manual.

weeks ministry
This segment requires you to participate actively & regularly in ministry.
Those not formerly involved in any ministry are required to join a ministry
after being introduced to the various ministries available in the Church during
the ministry presentation segment
of first 10 weeks of formation.
Weekend
Retreat
7 to 9 December 2001
A time to recharge yourself spiritually and to deepen your relationship with
Jesus. There are current plans to engage foreign talents to conduct this retreat.
Updates will be made available closer to the retreat.
Graduation
The graduation ceremony will be held either at the Shine
Jesus Shine Rally or the Emmaus Evening. Upon graduation, the participants
will receive an official certificate from the Catholic Youth Office recognizing
his commitment and growth in ministry.
